Is this the first time you are making a withdrawal at Circus? A member of the Circus team may contact you to ask for ID documents. This is a legal requirement and you will only be asked for these documents once.
At Circus, there are lots of different options for making a withdrawal! You can withdraw your winnings at a Circus gaming hall or at the Grand Casino de Namur. Don’t want to have to travel? You can also make a withdrawal online so you don’t even have to get up off the sofa!
To withdraw your winnings in cash at one of our many Circus branches, start by following the steps below and choose your favourite gaming hall. Then, pick a four-digit passcode. Make sure you memorise it because you will have to give the cashier at the gaming hall this code to be able to withdraw your winnings.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email advising you that your withdrawal is being processed. You will then receive a confirmation message within 24 hours informing you that your money is available in your chosen Circus gaming hall.
Then all you have to do is go to your Circus Casino to collect your winnings. Don’t forget to bring your identity card: you will need it to finish the withdrawal process.
Follow the steps above and choose “Withdrawal by bank transfer”. Fill in your details and confirm them. You will receive a confirmation email within 24h to inform you that your withdrawal is being processed. Your winnings will then be transferred to your bank account within 4 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
You can also withdraw your winnings to an electronic wallet. To do this, follow the steps above and choose “Wire transfer withdrawal”. Fill in your details and confirm them. Once your withdrawal request has been processed, the amount will be available in your electronic wallet within 1 to 24 hours.

Since 6 April, the Belgian Gaming Commission has asked players to report any site that does not respect the rules concerning the deposit limit, and specifies that “no increase in this limit can be granted at this time”.
Circus.be wishes to apply this rule, however without penalising players, as the situation is due to the Belgian Gaming Commission’s inability to set up a verification system with the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register despite the fact that a period of 18 months has elapsed since the publication of the Belgian Royal Decree on 25 October 2018.
Therefore, so as not to penalise those players who wish to do so, players that make the request and that can prove via the documents available on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register that they are not in default of payment, will be able to increase their deposit limit beyond €500, in accordance with the Belgian Royal Decree of 25 October 2018.
